How are the six free months applied?
The Webex Calling licence fee is credited in months 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 of the 36-month contract.
Are UK and international calls included?
Yes. Every licence includes unlimited UK minutes plus 500 international minutes per user, every month, subject to the offer terms.
Can we keep our existing business numbers?
Yes. CMM can arrange number porting as part of your move.
Do we need desk phones?
No. Every user can work through the desktop and mobile apps. Business desk phones are optional and available from £3 per handset, per month.
Can some users call through Microsoft Teams?
Yes. Webex calling through Microsoft Teams can be enabled for selected users, with Webex Calling providing the underlying phone service.
