Working in the telecoms industry for nearly two decades, Nick's early experience of the field highlighted the common pain points of telecoms for the client – time-consuming and frustrating call centre style support, a lack of personalised solutions to their business and a large gap between actual and achievable productivity. Today, Nick ensures that CMM continuously provide a service that is customer-focused and value led.
Dan Freeman, Director
Dan's connections with the UK's largest networks, manufacturers, distributors and solutions providers allows CMM customers to access a variety of productivity-boosting products and services on the market. Overseeing all consumer and corporate accounts, Dan further ensures the highest level of customer service is provided.
